(Above) Richmond park is 2,366 acres of
beautiful land and views along with hundreds of deer. The park belongs to Royality and in 1637 it was the private
hunting ground for King Charles I. Now open to the public, you often see people walking, running, bike riding,
or horse back riding through out the park. In 2000, the park was designated a National Nature Reserve.

(Left) A five minute walk from our apartment is Friars Stile Road. It has
everything we would need... a laundry mat/dry cleaner, fruit and veggie stand, butcher shop, convenience store, news
agent, wine & liquor store and restaurants.
(Left)
The Petersham Hotel.
(Below)
The Hole in the Wall is our hang out spot. Known as a rugby pub, many locals come here to have a pint and watch the
game.
(Left) One of the many old beautiful churches
in England is St. Matthais Anglican Church. This church opened on November 10, 1854.
